Ja työnteko jatkuu pääsiäisen jälkeen. Verkkosivu saatiin tosiaan valmiiksi jo ennen pääsiäistä, mutta on siinä silti vielä pientä tekemistä. Päivitin siihen tänään ainakin pari pluginia ja latasin Wordpressistä uudemman version. Kyseinen verkkosivu siis tehty Wordpressin kautta. Ja myös latasin aiemmin tekemäni logot ja designit sivuston mediakirjastoon, niin ne on siellä ainakin tulevaisuudessa yrityksen käytettävissä, jos he haluavat joskus niitä vielä käyttää.
Loppupäivästä kävin vielä kuvaamassa uutta materiaalia DUDE -videota varten. Tajusin sen, että video ei tunnu yhtenäiseltä jos se hyppää alkuesittelystä suoraan haastatteluosioon. Joten piti jonkunlainen improvisoitu välispiikki tehdä siihen täytemateriaaliksi. Se toimii eräänlaisena siltana alkuesittelyn ja haastattelun välillä. Kun välispiikki ja haastattelu on editoitu paikoilleen, olisi aika miettiä videon loppuosiota. Loppuun voisi tulla joko DUDE -ohjaajan videohaastattelu tai sitten kuvamateriaalia joistain DUDE -hankkeessa tehdyistä projektitöistä. En ole vielä päättänyt kumpi olisi parempi.
Work has resumed after easter holidays. We got the website development task ready before the holidays but there's still some minor stuff to do. Today I updated a couple of plugins and updated Wordpress to a newer version. The website was made with Wordpress of course. I also uploaded my earlier logos and designs to the site's media library, so they will be available to the company in the future, if they want to use my designs somewhere.
At the end of this day, I went to film some new material for DUDE -video. I realized that the video doesn't feel very coherent if it just skips from the introduction part to the interview part. So I had to make a some kind of improvised transition speech scene to the midpoint to act as a bridge between the introduction and interview parts. When the midpoint transition and interview have been edited to their places, it's time to think about the ending of the video. It could be either another interview, this time from a DUDE instructor, or alternatively just some footage from some of the tasks that we've accomplished here. I haven't decided on that yet.
